Lodging is not included, but we’ve secured a discounted room block at The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota, exclusively for Summit guests. You’ll receive booking instructions in your registration confirmation email.

At this time, the Summit experience is designed for adults only, and childcare will not be provided onsite. We encourage you to use this time to fully engage, reflect, and recharge.

Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the hotel. The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota is conveniently located 15 minutes from Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ), and is easily accessible via taxi, rideshare, or rental car.
Any event-sponsored offsite activities will include coordinated transportation. Details will be shared in advance so you can plan accordingly.

The full event schedule will be released closer to the Summit, but you can expect daily rhythms that include:
Morning worship and teaching
Afternoons built to connect, experience margin for reflection, and rejuvenation.
Evening sessions and powerful commissioning moments
Arrival and check-in will begin the afternoon of February 2, and the Summit will conclude by noon on February 5.
