Partner and Director at Gratūs, Bob Barlau is a steady force of wisdom and execution who brings clarity to complex systems and vision to everyday leadership. Since joining Gratūs in 2016, he has been instrumental in building the firm’s funds and infrastructure, guiding investor relations and strategic growth with excellence. With a background in financial stewardship and team development, Bob operates with faith-fueled focus, guiding families and entreprenuers in managing their resources with purpose and precision. His approach reflects his core belief that excellence honors God and that stewardship done well can move mountains.
Ben Peterson
Ben Peterson is a veteran, husband, father, and the visionary founder of Engage Your Destiny - a movement uniting faith and service to bring healing and purpose to the military community. Since launching in 2016, Ben has reached over 300,000 service members, veterans, and families with a message of hope and restoration. In 2022, he spearheaded the Heroes Honor Festival, a historic gathering that celebrated Vietnam Veterans with a star-studded lineup and connected over 1,200 veterans to transformative programs. His leadership and authenticity have earned him the trust of elite military units, from the 101st Airborne and Special Forces Groups to Navy SEALs, Recon Marines, and the Space Force.
